Intensive courses : 20 hours per week
The levels and programs have been established in harmony with the European Union’s frame of reference.
Elementary Course
This course is designed for beginners and those with a very basic knowledge of French. The aim is to rapidly acquire and develop the bases for oral and written communication needed to cope with the practical situations of everyday life. There will also be intensive work to develop comprehension and expression based on the students’ specific needs.
Intermediate course
Emphasis will be put systematically on the widening of the student's knowledge of the language (syntax-grammar-vocabulary) and through the study of various types of texts (contemporary literature, newspaper articles, songs, elements of regional culture)…
Advanced courses
The objective of this course is to actively apply the students’ knowledge through very precise work on vocabulary and on details of syntax and grammar, with special exercises for a better mastery of the oral and written language. The materials used are very diverse (press articles, radio broadcasts, songs, contemporary French-language literature, elements of regional culture). For students with a very good knowledge of the French language, creative oral and written activities in the form of workshops can be organised.
Private tuition
For those who prefer to work on a one-to-one basis with the teacher. Courses are tailor-made to suit your individual needs and requirements.
